 Cheryl Andrews has worked in the substance abuse treatment profession since 1989 and joined The Women's Treatment Center ten years later. Her professional experience and educational background for which she currently retains a Master of Arts from Prairie View A & M University of Texas, also Bacheors of Science from Southern Illinois University, have prepared her for her current duties: managing and overseeing the operations of TWTC's Outpatient, Intake, Quality Management, Medical Records and Training departments.
