Transitional Living Programs
TWTC provides two levels of transitional living for women who have completed residential treatment and need a safe and supportive haven while they continue their recovery. Initially, Recovery Home clients participate in TWTC's Intensive Outpatient program. Following successful completion of IOP, they are referred to vocational and employment training programs. The Recovery Home also serves clients in TWTC’s Alternative Sentencing program.
Up to three children ranging in age from newborn to five may live with their mother in the Recovery Home. Older children can visit on weekends. Residents are assessed rent on a sliding fee scale, which includes all meals.
Residents progress through a graduated level system during their stay, with increased personal responsibilities and freedom given at higher levels. The program consists of on- and off-site group meetings and in-house support services, which may include:
