Description/Requirements:In conjuction with supervisor and treatment team, provide chemical dependency counseling services to patients and their families/collaterals through assessment and design, implementation, and revision of treatment plan.
Requires a CADC, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC and 2 years substance abuse treatment experience.
