Position: Painter
Department: Maintenance
High School diploma/or GED. Responsible for all of the painting of the interior and exterior portions of the building and performing routine touch ups, as well as routine maintenance duties, receiving deliveries and light carpentary. One year experience in painting work a plus. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Position: Property Manager
Department: Facility
Maintaining a safe environment for patients, employees, and vistors, Coordinating the preventive maintenance program for facility and office equipment. Managing renovation projects with outside contractors, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a continuity of program services. Developing the department budget and monitoring expenditures throughout the year. Chairing the health and safety committee, coordinating eforts of different departments to address safety concerns
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Industry-recognized certification or licensure strongly preferred. 5-7 years experience in environmental management, with 3-5 years in a supervisory/management capacity. Certification in HVAC systems preferred. Knowledge of computers and windows applications
